At Up And Running Physical Therapy We’ve Created A 3 Step Process To Get Rid Of Your Pain And Make Sure It Stays Away.

STEP 1

We Find The Real Cause Of Your Pain

Our medical system is frustrating. You wait weeks, sometimes months, for an appointment, only to get to talk to a healthcare provider for less than 10 minutes. You may leave with an idea of what’s wrong, but you have no idea WHY it happened in the first place.

If you don’t know WHY your problems started in the first place, how can you prevent them from coming back?

This is why our first step, before we do anything, is find the real cause of your pain.

After working with lots of people with pain and stiffness, we know that no two people are alike. Each person has a different body, a different history, and different types of pain. That is why we start with an open conversation and time for you to tell your story.

Once we get a deeper understanding of what’s going on, we can find the real cause of your pain and how it’s impacting your life.

Our goal at Up and Running PT is to find that original cause of your pain, so not only does your pain go away, it STAYS AWAY!

STEP 2

Fix Your Problem Areas

Once we’ve talked about your problem and found the cause of your problem, we’ll create the best treatment plan to eradicate it. This treatment plan will be tailored specifically to you and your goals, and will get you back running, exercising, or training even during your recovery period.

As a result, you will get stronger, become pain-free, and get back on track to reach your goals more effectively and efficiently.

STEP 3

Stay At Peak Performance

Once we get you back to exercising pain free, we’ll implement strategies to get you performing at an even higher level than you were prior to your injury. We’ll also implement strategies to “bulletproof” your body to decrease the likelihood of future injuries occurring.

That way you stay at peak performance now and in the future.
